Our Process

Your initial meeting with the builder and design team to discuss creating your dream home.

Select your design preferences and finishes using our homebuilding selection guide. We’re open to all suggestions you may have. This process can be back & forth until all parties are happy and comfortable with the design.

The preliminary architectural plans will then be crafted and sent to you. This is where you can add any final changes before we finalise the plans.

You’ll then be issued with the final building plans which will showcase what your new dream home will look like in detail.

Once satisfied with the design and quote, we will move forward with you to finalise the contract agreement and seek approval for the building works.
